Discount fares require proper HART or PSTA identification: Seniors, 65 years and older; Youth, 5 - 17 years; Disabled; and Medicare card holders. Students older than 17 years of age may purchase HARTride cards at a discount from participating educational institutions with proper student I.D. HART photo Discount Permits are $2.50. Proof of eligibility required. Available at all HART facilities.
